[WORKAROUND] 11.17.20 patch - game won't stop loading

I play on a Mac - My game did today’s update to fix the crashing and now it won’t load at all! Was waiting up to 10 mins and it was just stuck on the loading screen. I took off all my mods and still ...

    In the Origin app, right-click on the gear icon next to the Play button and select "Repair".

Greetings Darko, I'm suffering from a very similar issues on my MacBook as well, with the exception of the Sims4 application being frozen in between the loading process from the "Main Menu" and "Managing Worlds". I'm unable to "Force Quit" the application, and my laptop will not restart without exiting out of the application. I also tried the link above and completed all the steps yet the application has been stuck "open". What should I do?

Hi im using mac. I cant play my sims 4,when you select to play a new game or greate a new came it doesnt go further, its stuck where the game tips come up. It will not allowme to go aswell. It was working well and then suddenly it won't open. I have tried reset origin, but nothing happend.
