In the Origin app, right-click on the gear icon next to the Play button and select "Repair".
Hello. I have come into a problem with my Sims 4 Game ever-since updating my game to the November 17th 2020 patch. I do have mods installed so it could be that. When I launch my game and I go to play with a saved family, the loading screen comes up and doesn't change or proceed to the worlds menu. I tried to create a new family and then I tried to play with them but when I got to the worlds menu, it was a white screen. I took the mods folder out of my Sims 4 folder and the problem was still persisting. I basically have no way of playing the game so I would appreciate it if anyone could help me solve this problem. Thank you!
I am having the same exact problem, i tried removing all my mods, i reset my sims. i deleted everything and tried playing on base game alone. I have no idea what to do or how to fix it ☹️
