In the Origin app, right-click on the gear icon next to the Play button and select "Repair".
I haven't played sims in a while but I've still been downloading cc and not to long ago I wanted to play it so I opened it up but it got stuck on the second loading screen, so I came here and saw that it must've been some thing in my mods folder so I went through everything but that didn't work so I decided to completely reset Sims (after I backed everything up) and when I tested it out in "New game' none of the worlds were loading up so I did it again then I realized that it might've been my origin so I uninstalled and reinstalled origin and that didn't work either! I'm getting frustrated and I'm desperate please help.
@shayskyo6 Does your computer run Windows or macOS? Have you tried repairing? Open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
