After I downloaded the lastest patch, when I try to take a photo they turn up black. They were working fine before the lastest patch! I tried repairing the game, that didnt work. I don't have mods or anything.
Hi, I solved the problem for me. I uncheck the retina display option in the settings and now I can take photos again. But this problem have never happened before the lastest update, but I hope they will fix this problem with the retina display 🙂
I have the same issue with photos, I use an external screen and I can’t find the retina chceckbox
I'm using a Mac (OS Catalina), and after my sim moved in with her husband, all her photos turned black. I tried restarting the game, repairing the game, doing a factory reset, and turning off retina display, but nothing worked. I don't really care that much about the photos she took, but her graduation photo turned black, and I would really like that back. If anyone has any new ideas about how to fix this, or how I can get a new graduation photo, let me know please! Thx
Hi, can u help me. I recently just added Poses Mod. And then, the new picture taken with the poses are okay. But, all existing photo turn black. Do u have any idea why? Im using macbook air m1. Pls help me 😭😭😭
