whenever i load TS4, something about a display name registry pops up. i type in my account user and it says my connection is offline when it isnt. i checked my antivirus and disabled it which that is...

barrub24yanv The only other suggestion I have is to uninstall Sims 4 itself with Revo, which would clean out any leftover registry entries as well. Before doing so, rename the Sims 4 folder inside Documents > Electronic Arts so that Revo doesn't find it. This folder contains your saves and other user data and has nothing to do with the game's installed files.
When reinstalling Sims 4, create a new folder on the root level of the drive of your choice, for example C:\Games is fine, but not C:\Program Files\Games. You'll be able to choose this folder when you reinstall the game.
I would also remove the EA App with Revo, again, just to be thorough.
if this dosent work is there nothing else i can do ?? ive spent alot of money on this game
