Taniya2017​  The dxdiag is appreciated, but it doesn't contain any info that would explain the issue.  That's not a surprise though, since this particular error means the game can't start rather than that it's crashing.

Anyway, please remove your Mods folder and try again to play.  You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.

If you get the same error, please let me know what antivirus you use.
