3rd parties refuse ea title refunds Green Man Gaming & Playfire

Green Man Gaming & Playfire As stated has refused to refund on a faulted game that does not run. EA was quick to offer a full refund and even moved and restricted the game from my account to aid in the refund. Since the product didnt work i figured it'd be understandable and issue a refund even after i sent them the email from EA. Stay away from Green Man Gaming & Playfire if your product doesnt work they refuse your refund.
