A blue screen of death?!

Whenever I try to open the game on my laptop, This blue screen shows up and I cant do anything. Its for build mode and live mode (when loading into live mode its a dark blue which seems to just be the loading screen without the plumbob and text). I’m completely out of ideas of what to do. I removed all my mods, repaired my game multiple times and even uninstalled and installed the game again. This happened before I updated my game. My laptop has never had any problems running the game before so i’m getting pretty desperate at this point
