3dqk2e0hw4v1 It looks like your laptop might not have a graphics driver installed. So if you know how what driver you'd need, please download a fresh copy and install it, then restart your computer.
If that doesn't help, or you don't know which driver to install, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
