A weird menu on the middle of my screen Sim's 4

I don't know if maybe I pushed a button or if it's new but i can't get it to go away. It's a grey menu with six squares with green icons. I took out my mods and it was still there so i know it's not a mod. Does anyone know what this is or what to do?

       I searched for anything that it could be and the only thing I could think of was the g-force menu but I looked and didn't find anything on G-force. I just reinstalled sim's and it's gone. I'm assuming one of my streaming platforms might have a hotkey I Don't know about. Thank you for trying to help 🙂.

        Okay it happened again, but I realized what it was. I use a ps5 controller as a mic and I realized my sims kept connecting to the controller and if I bumped the controller or had something on it that menu would pop up.
