Accidentally deleted my mods folder! HELP

Okay, so today my CC wouldn't show up in game... before i knew what the issue was i deleted my mods folder to let it regenerate. My mods folder isn't back.. has it permanently gone? Is there a way to...

my mods aren't working and they are placed in the C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods what do I do?

Did you unpack them after downloading? Did you enable them in the game options?
I don't work for EA
