Accidentally opened package file with notepad
i downloaded the sims 4 time speed changer mod and i accidentally opened the package file with notepad. now the mod doesnt work in my game. ive also tried to redownloading the mod but it doesnt work

When the mod used to work i used to extract it to my mods folder, i did it with the note but it didnt work

Could you change your windows so that it shows known extensions
Should work similar for Win 8.1 and 10. If not, just google instructions.
Once they show, what extension does that file have ?

Oh, that's an old format mod.
You need to leave it in the zip file. Don't unzip it but put the zip file in your folder.- Okay, i will later because my laptop isnt with me, but if it works thank you so much for taking time to help me i really appreciate it 💗💗💗

The mod hasn't really been updated in a while and reports are very mixed.
You do have script mods enabled, right ?
MC Command Center also has some settings to change speed, maybe look into that one instead ?
