Accidentally put mods in cache folder!

So basically what had happened was I was trying to found out what one of my mods was causing a last exception in my game. I was trying to do that by using the 50/50 method. After I deleted my cache because I was about o go back in the game to do another test( I  had no ideas of this at the time), I placed my mods into the cache folder and not my desktop folder. When I exited the game, I came to find out that half my mods were in my cache folder and all the files have been deleted and that led me here to hopefully find a solution on how to get them back.

Please help me I’m desperate. And if there is nothing I can do, please let me know as well
