Okay, just to run through what to try:
- You have ticked all the CC/mod boxes in Game Options and restarted the game?
- You have tried pulling the CC out of the Mods folder and putting it back in bit by bit? Some could accidentally be Sims 3 .package files, and some could be no longer compatible after game-code changes.
