Add-ons not showing in my game

@Emman1303  When you reinstalled Sims 4, did your packs download too?  Do they now show as installed under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons?

Your laptop's graphics chip is under the minimum requirements for the game.  And your 4 GB installed memory technically meets requirements, but some of it is set aside for the graphics chip, as is standard.  That's probably what's triggering the error about running the 32-bit version—the game sees less than 4 GB RAM available.  You can ignore this message though.

Just double checked now and yes all the add-ons are there and showing as installed.

I did wonder about the spec but the game had been loading and playing fine for like a year. 

Have you any other suggestions?

@Emman1303  When DLC is showing as installed but not loading in-game, it's typically installed into the wrong folder.  Please see the first post and accepted solution of this thread:

If none of that helps, please run the search listed in the first post for two or three of your missing packs, and post screenshots of the results here.

@Emman1303  Your screenshot clearly shows you're searching the contents of the EA Games folder.  I wanted the search results from This PC.

@Emman1303  For some reason, your system isn't showing the info I need.  So let's try this another way.  Please download Everything, from VoidTools, which is a free search tool that happens to work a lot better than the standard Windows search functions.  Run the same searches, and expand the window sideways until the full file path is showing underneath each result.
