Adding Custom Music Without the 'The Sims 4/Custom Music' File

Having a similar problem.

I don't even HAVE a custom music folder. 

WTF. Help?

Are you looking in the right folder ?

documents\electronicarts\thesims4\

Could be it in only gets created if you listen to music in the game first.

So turn on the radio and choose a station. You need to listen to every station you want to put music on so the folder get created for you.
