EMPShielded I would never suggest anyone delete their saves, and when I make a suggestion that would hide the saves from the game (like moving the user folder), I make it clear that the saves won't appear but will still be intact.
Did you try using your hotspot yet? If it didn't work, please clear these same temp files and try again, just in case there's some cross-contamination.
It's also worth disabling your antivirus, temporarily of course, to see whether that's triggering the issue. As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe, and you can reenable the AV as soon as you're done testing.
If that doesn't help either, please try the same except in a new admin Windows account. Make it local, as in, don't link it with your Microsoft account or any email address. Your saves won't be available in the new account, but that's fine for the purposes of this test.
Right but it's not a internet issue. My internet is just fine and each time the ea app says that "due to a particularly stubborn issue, I will have to log back in again" meaning it isn't my wifi.
