EMPShielded  I've already offered every suggestion I can think of at the moment.  If you're not willing to try everything, that's fine, but I don't know what else to say.

And I never said this was an issue with your internet overall.  But certain features of certain apps can fail to work with certain user setups for a variety of reasons, including an ISP block that you'd never know existed if you didn't go looking for it.
