All DLCs are missing

I've bought 4 DLCs in the last year. When loading up my game after that big update, they're all gone, with no info about it to be found. I can't find anyone saying anything similar and I can't find a number or email to contact a human, just an ai chat bot thats complely unhelpful

    I believe others are having this issue as well. Have you tried managing your add-ons under the sims4 in the ea app? I would also check in the marketplace when you start your game. In the market place go to 'your packs' and make sure they're activated.
