ALL MY GAMES GONE

I just got a new laptop after buying sims 4 and i opened origin and logged in and it just had the on the house game i downloaded and the demos 

☹️ I tried un installing and installing origin and logging out and then back in and it still doesnt work. I even restarted my computer. ☹️ It wont say on history of buying stuff because I bought a code from trade me and redeemed it and it worked on my old computer but now it doesnt on my new laptop and I cant just play it on my old laptop because I broke it.  I also tried looking on my sisters laptop and it didnt have my games either. I dont care if I get sims 2 or sims 3 or sims 4 I just really want a sims game and I paid a lot of money for it and now im depressed. PLEASE GIVE ME A SIMS GAME D:

    Do you still have your game codes with you?

    You may contact EA phone/chat support to help you locate the email address linked to your Sims game. 😕mileywink:

    If you would like to get your game saves back, you may copy the game saves folder from your old computer, if possible. 

  • No my code is gone I lost it but didnt think it was too important. I think my mum threw it out by accident and my computer broke so I cant copy it ☹️

    PLEASE HELP ME

    I see. You can still try to ask EA chat / phone support to locate your Sims4 game code for you. I'm pretty sure they have it in your account's records. 😕mileywink:

  • Hi there, 

    before you contact an advisor, you can try few steps yourself. Try to think about every single e-mail address (all of them) or Origin ID's that you've been using in the past. There is "Can't access your account?" link underneath the password tab in the Origin client login screen, click on that and it will open the page with password reset tool. Type in all of your e-mail addresses and Origin ID's (one by one) and if this detail is registered within Origin, you will receive an e-mail with password reset. 

    By doing this, you can try to access every possible account that you could create and maybe you get lucky and find your games. You can still try to contact EA advisors, but if you don't have account information or product code, it will be pretty tough for them to locate the right account. 

    How to contact EA advisor:
    - Visit http://help.ea.com/ and log in with your Origin account
    - Click on help with a game and choose the game you have an issue with
    - Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on contact us
    - Select your appropriate platform and click next on bottom right
    - Select a relevant topic and add more info into the section Tell us a little more, then click Next
    - You will then have the option for Live Chat or Email or a Call Me Option!
    NOTE: not every option is always available. It depends on your location, the time of the day and also on the options you select
