Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Please help!!

All my sims 4 add on's are gone and my game is showing as 2 minutes time played....

I bought sims 4 when it first came out and owned almost every add on having purchased majority of them at the time they came out. I haven't played the sims in a couple months as it wouldn't open the game saying it was already open when it wasn't, it finally fixed itself and now all my add ons are just missing, i am using the correct log in details as i have only ever had the one account which i made when i purchased the sims 4 game years ago and my downloads is showing i downloaded them all on November 19th which is also incorrect but at least it shows i once owned them.

Please help, i would be extremely sad to lose everything and have spent a ton of money and time on this game over the years.

If your game library isn't showing your add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details.

I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to.
