This is the screen it gets stuck on, I've tried EVERYTHING, even tried loading in on a windowed screen. I have a new tower and transferred my files over so I can keep my save files. I carefully went through my mods to make sure there were issues and it wasn't that either, also repaired the game over and over again, updated my drivers, etc. I've also attached the dxdiag.
VanceGaming26 Did you test with your entire Mods folder removed? Please do so if you haven't already. Just because a mod is cleared or not listed as broken doesn't mean it's fine.
Please also remove any files inside ConfigOverride, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.
If that doesn't help, try forcing the game to launch in windowed mode. Open Options.ini, in the same Sims 4 folder, search for fullscreen , and set it to 0 (zero).
