Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I have over the years acquired most of the dlc for the sims 4, and I've turned on my game yesterday and it has all disappeared. I decided to leave it to today to try and fix because it was late at night but I have been unable to so far. All the dlc that I owned, I.e. expansion packs, game packs, stuff packs and kits has all disappeared on both the ea app and in the sims game itself. I've tried repairing the ea app and the sims 4 game itself. I've turned off and restarted my laptop. I've tried uninstalling the game and re installing and nothing has worked. I think it might have all disappeared after the most recent update but i cant remember exactly. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

If your game library isn't showing your add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details.

I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to.
