Mermaidgirl222 At this point, there's no way to recover your saves or other Sims 4 data, unfortunately. Even the paid data-recovery programs are usually unable to reconstruct a viable save. This is because the software needs to guess at times to fill in blanks where some data is missing, and while this works fine for text documents and spreadsheets, it doesn't tend to produce a save that the game can read.
You could still check onedrive.com for any Sims 4-related files. Windows sometimes enables it in a way that the user doesn't notice, and maybe you'll get lucky.
For the game itself, you can simply sign into the EA App with your existing login credentials and download everything you've bought, for free. The account owns the content, not your computer.

This happened to me before, last time when I recovered these save files,I recovered with disk drill. It is ok app but problem is later on,you can't use it for free anymore.I have checked one drive, nothing.I know that because with one drive, there was less and less space on local disk(c) and i had very little space because of it.I really don't know how can I recover at least save files 😦.
Btw.,I'm glad you answered,I just wanna say thanks for the last time help.
