Alt click rotation does not work properly?

I saw that if you press Control + Shift + Tab it will help and it did, however, it gets pretty annoying when I have to click back and forth because when I do press the three keys, I can't rotate the view with right-click. I use mods and I was wondering if the mods are causing this issue?
