Amazon Origin Code Game Vanished

Hi, so I think I've done something a bit silly.

I bought a physical copy of Sims 4, since a code wasn't available on Amazon, and a Origin code for Sims 4 Parenthood. I thought I would get Parenthood ready and install it so all I'd have to do tomorrow is install Sims 4, so I put the code into my Origin account, clicked download and nothing happened. The game isn't in my game library (I removed all filters) and there's no download queue - it's like it was never there! I even tried re-submitting the code but it said I'd alreday redeemed it.

Is this just because I haven't yet installed Sims 4? Will Parenthood appear once I've installed Sims?
