@PawPatrolla It looks like you only searched Program Files (x86), not the entire computer. So please search "This PC" and let me know if it turns up anything not in your second screenshot. For example, you might have a second Sims 4 install in a different folder.
If the results in your second screenshot are the only instances of GP06 on your entire computer, that means that Jungle Adventure isn't installed at all (as opposed to being in the wrong location), which means that the other content probably isn't installed either. Do the packs still show as installed in the EA App or in the Epic launcher? That would be odd if they didn't exist anywhere on your computer.
See attached screenshot as a result of the search on the entire PC... 2nd and third are screenshots of Sims4. The 2nd shows that the pack is in our possession, however it also provides a message that we need to download the pack to use it... What is your opinion?

@PawPatrolla The folder inside Delta only holds patch data, not the game pack itself. So Jungle Adventure is not in fact installed. Please launch the game once from the Epic launcher, if you haven't already. Then restart your computer and try to download the packs from the EA App and Epic, and let me know whether it works. If it does, you'll see a GP06 folder here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4
That would be directly inside the Sims 4 folder, not inside Delta.
