hsock The driver for your graphics chip is from 2021, and that may be the issue. Please check the HP site for newer drivers first. Go here:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/laptops
Enter your serial number, choose your OS (just Windows 11 is fine) if prompted, click All Drivers, expand Driver-Graphics, and download the newest Intel driver by version number. The first number matters most, e.g. 32 is newer than 31; after that, the last four numbers matter. Your current version is 30.0.101.1191.
If you don't find a newer driver from HP, see whether you can install this one:

To be clear, it's compatible with your hardware, according to Intel, and Intel would know since it made the processor and graphics chip. But sometimes HP laptops block the installation of drivers not provided by HP. So if you get an error when trying to install it, try this workaround:

If that doesn't help, are you deliberately running the game in DirectX 9 mode, and did you force it within the EA App or Steam? If so, please remove the -dx9 command line argument and try again. The clean user folder would have reset the in-game option to use DX9 mode, and the game should currently be defaulting to DX11 mode on your hardware, yet it's using DX9 mode according to the dxdiag.
