Anti-aliasing not working at all

hi,

so I have been playing the game like this for ages but recently its begun to get on my nerves, so I did a little testing and I noticed that my game acts like my anti-aliasing isn't even turned on? if you look in the photos below, one has anti-aliasing off and one has it on and they look the exact same.

I have tried fiddling with the Nvidia settings and amping everything up to the maximum to no avail.

my card is a GTX 1060 Ti (which I'm not too sure is supported)

edge smoothing high

high settings in game - the window edges, curtains, door frame and the cabinet to the left all have jagged edges on them.

edge smoothing off

off - literally looks the exact same.

any help would really be appreciated.

    Hi @keachup,

Do you have any anti-alias setting applied via NVIDIA Control Panel (on global settings or custom setting for The Sims 4)? That might be the reason why you're not seeing any changes when using different anti-alias settings in-game.

Also, what's your current "3D Scene Resolution" setting in-game?
