Letters are wrong

I went on the sims 4 and everything was fine until i tried typing out my sims name, half my letters had switched round with other ones and the letter 'M' was gone? This is not a pc problem its only on the sims and id love to know if its a bug or a tech issue and if i can get help for it because i cant even use cheats now because half of the ones i need/want use the letter M. Anyone else got this issue?? I also do not know what tag this goes under or what you even call this issue.
