Anyway to restore a Sim that has been completely deleted from the save file?

Hello! I was wondering if anyone here could help me out. Me and my friend have been playing Sims 4 and we started up the game today to see that one of our sims was completely wiped from the save file. They were deleted from the household, the gallery, and even the library, as if they had never even existed in the first place. We were pretty deep into our save with tons of hours. We realized that the mod MCCC Creator had deleted the sim because we had a household of 8 sims plus a pet. So when we reloaded the game after some time, the sim was gone. All of our backup saves are missing the sim, so we’re unsure of what to do to recover the sim. If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much!
