Anyway to restore a Sim that has been completely deleted from the save file?

Hello! I was wondering if anyone here could help me out. Me and my friend have been playing Sims 4 and we started up the game today to see that one of our sims was completely wiped from the save file...

I am sorry that you are missing this sim. There may still be a copy of the sim in your Library. If you use cc, make sure that you have selected the option in the filter section on the left hand side in your Library that says “ include cc”. The sim may still be there and doing that may show the sim in your library.

    Unfortunately we checked the library with “include cc” on multiple times and the sim is completely gone.
