APPCRASH on game start - Why isn't this probelm getting attention?!
I have seen many posts about similar if not identical issues and have not seen many helpful responses. I have tried many of the suggestions found online and in this forum. I have also tried starting numerous support chat sessions and never get in touch with a support representative.
This has been very frustrating!!! I would appreciate a help from EA.
If I try to launch the game (through Origin or directly) I get a message stating that "The Sims 4 hast stopped working".
