Application Errors - TS4

When I try to play TS4 in 64 Bit, ActivationUI.exe - Application Error comes up. When I try play TS$ in 32 Bit, TS4.exe - Application Error comes up.  Please help ☹️

    You graphics driver has some errors you should update it. Visit the manufacturer of your computer or Intel directly for new drivers.

    rzwizard.exe (part of Razer Synapse software) causes a lot of crashes. Visit https://www.razerzone.com/eu-en to update the drivers and the Synapse software.

With both 32-Bit and 64-Bit, the following message comes "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc00007b). Click OK to close the application."
