No load option + constant delivery 00008 error - I've tried everything.

This is a pretty commonly reported error over the years I know, but I'm making another post about it because I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING. I've removed mods. I've repaired the files. I've disabled all of my PC security and relaunched the game. There's no duplicate folders and OneDrive is empty. The documents path is where Sims is pulling from for sure. I've tried putting various files in my desktop and restarting, I can't count how many new ones there are from me trying these methods, and the amount of times I've restarted the game itself is beyond numbers as we know them.

My game is a fresh install, I just downloaded it today, and I've repaired/verified the integrity of it twice. It's not a mod issue because I haven't even had them in my folder or enable for the past 26 restarts. No matter what, I can't load saves, and I commonly get a save game error when I make new saves to check for a change. I think a save was created at some point because it's what I've been trying to load and it looks like one, (Slot_00000002.save) , but I'm tired of this. I've been at this for hours and I've read hundreds of forums looking for solutions. None of them have worked and I haven't seen any progress at all. No one else seems to presently be having this issue either. I'm on the steam version but it still launches through EA and I only experience errors within the game.

If anyone has another solution asides from ones I've already tried, I'm BEGGING. If anyone else has had these problems and been able to fix them, please tell me how you did it. I'm desperate. Thanks.
