Missing add ons that just purchased

I've just bought 2 add ons for my game and I've received the email confirming the order, and I can see the transaction on bank. However they are not in my download queue and it doesn't look like the EA app thinks I've ordered them. I've gone to the two packs (Dream House Decorator and Crystal Creations) and it only gives me the option to purchase.

Am I doing something wrong? Any idea where else to look for them to download the content?
