I have a 64-bit computer I've checked and also ran the sims check thing I found. When I got on my computer today both The Sims 3 and The Sims 4 have disappeared from my desktop and when I open origin my game library is completely empty! In the store it says I own The Sims 4 and all my expansions but it doesn't allow me to open/play any of them! I just played yesterday with no problems. Any suggestions?

@amanda0222 Please clear Origin's cache, and if that doesn't work, uninstall Origin "the hard way" and reinstall.

If you happen to be on a Mac, run the Origin reset tool instead:

If these steps don't help, please let me know what operating system you have, and which version.
