Aspirations goals not acknowledged

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.78.583.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except Star Wars
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? attempt to complete an aspiration goal
What happens when the bug occurs? nothing, there is no progress against the goal
What do you expect to see? Sim has big happy family aspiration. Has been sociable with her children on multiple occasions but goal still says 0/10
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
This has occurred on a few different sims with different aspirations
- @Duostar84 Could you please create one thread per aspiration goal that doesn't fulfill for you ?
The family one might already have one. Do you have a LastException (see above) for that ?
