@Mariame12310 Asus Vivobooks are generally pretty good as lightweight, portable laptops. However, in this generation at least, they're overpriced compared to similar laptops with similar hardware, meaning you could get a significant improvement in performance by going with a different brand at the same price. I found plenty of good options under $600, and one for $400, that would all run Sims 4 about the same:

The screens in the third one and the last two are the highest quality, whereas the others are fine but not as good. The fourth one has twice as much storage, which you would likely never need if all you're going to do is play Sims 4 on this laptop, but maybe you'll like having the extra space at some point in the future. The laptops' performance should all be within a few percentage points of each other; I listed a number of them so you could compare prices and details like appearance, weight, and screen size.
Actually, I just saw this one for $520 that has the extra storage and 16 GB RAM, plus a high-quality if slightly dim screen (fine for indoors, not so much for outdoors), so it would be the best option if you liked it otherwise. It can be customized too, but that doesn't seem necessary given its existing specs.

I saw plenty of other options in the $500-600 range too, nothing better or cheaper than the above but still viable. So if you don't quite like any of these, let me know why, and I can list a few other laptops that fit your preferences better.
