Best gaming laptop to play SIMS 4 on (UK)

michaelahr91​  I apologize for the late reply; I've mostly been away from the forums lately.  At any rate, if you're still interested in input, let me know.  I will say that the HP Victus models with newer Intel processors have issues with Sims 4 right now, to the point that the game often (or maybe mostly; I'm not sure) won't load without some intervention.  The interventions do work, but some of them can tank performance.

If you've already bought a Victus and need help with the problem, I can post the workarounds.  But if you're still shopping, I'd get something else.  And I can look for other options equivalent to the Acer if you like, although I highly doubt I or you could find better internal components for £900 or less.
