Best settings for nvidia graphics card?

Hi guys. I’m having problems with my brand new computer (gtx 1060 6gb, intel core i7+8700, 16gb, 240gb+1tb boosted by optane). It runs the game perfectly with no lag whatsoever. The problem is the graphics. While I can see that the graphics are sooo much better than my old computer, it still isn’t as sharp as it could be. The lines around everything is a bit jagged and all the text is a bit blurry. Also I’m having these little tears on sims and objects from certain angles. I’ve tried to google around a bit to find tips on what to do and I’ve tried to tweak the settings in the nvidia control panel a bunch of times. It only seems to be making it worse though. My drivers are all updated, so is the game. I’ve tried repairing and uninstalling the game and tried running the game with and without cc/mods and no difference. Can someone please help?

what are you're ingame settings ? Everything on high ?

Could you post some pictures of how it looks ?

Could you also post your Computer's DxDiag to see if there maybe is something else is going on ?
