Black screen on startup
Did the requirements for the drivers change? Or do I just need to update my drivers? Dxdiag is attached.
Running the Steam version on the latest update. Running a lot of mods too.

2456001 Please test without your Mods folder first. The AppHangB1 errors in your dxdiag could easily be mod-related.
Your C drive is also critically low on storage. Try to move at least another 18 GB elsewhere, for a total of >25 GB free. Since your other three drives have plenty of space, it shouldn't be difficult.
