Blank Map Issue

I have loaded into Glimmerbrook to find that the map is blank. No lots, unable to place anything ect. I have tried disabling mods, tried repairing the game through the EA app, tried uninstalling and ...

ShannenLeigh21​  Do you see two copies of Glimmerbrook on the Manage Worlds screen?  Did Glimmerbrook previously work in this save?  Does it work in a new save?  Please test and let me know.

Please also list the troubleshooting steps you've already tried so I don't make the same suggestions.
