Blank Screen At Loading And Broken Origin???

So I try loading up TS4, right? This issue has been happening for a long while now, where I'll load it up, and it'll give me the load start (MAXIS logo and TS4 logo) then it'll say 'Not Responding" and give me a white screen. Whether I click or not, the not responding goes away and just has the white screen. I can minimize the game, but can't close it from Task Manager, the x at the top, anywhere. It only closes when I restart my laptop. I've tried going into Origin and repairing the game, but it always has the 'Origin is experiencing difficulties. Please reload or try again later.' And now, I can't reload it because I'm in offline mode and it won't let me go online. Could somebody help? ☹️
