My sims 4 has been working GREAT!! Then I did an update and now haven't been able to play because my game keeps opening COMEPLETELY WHITE but I can still hear the sims 4 music playing in the background. My computer is the correct software on it 64bit 4GB. I just preordered the Sims 4 Eco Living and very upset that I may have wasted $40. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME !!!!!HELP (PC)

@EssenceEbonyMoni The driver for your Intel integrated graphics chip is crashing, which is likely why your game doesn't load properly. The best approach would be to get a new driver from HP, or reinstall the current one if yours is already the newest version. But I can't be sure I'm looking at the correct driver page without having your computer in front of me. So please go here:
