Blast from the past event is glitching.

For some reason, the quest for week 3 of the blast from the past event will not appear. There is no pop up to start it. I can’t complete it and can’t get the final rewards for the last two weeks. I’ve been waiting it out but now I only have 13 hours left of the event and it’s still not appearing. I’ve tried so many things; removing all my mods, repairing the game, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but nothing is working. Please help.
