blue/pink/purple line glitch for sims 4

Hey, I'm really agitated because I finally saved enough money to get the Sims 4 and there's a problem with it. When I got on the Sims starter screen, there are blue, purple, and pink lines every where. Also on create a Sim there are purple and pink lines on the buttons and since I've played on the create a Sim for a wile, it will glitch and will not let me choose anything. Pleeeaaassseee help.
