Boats and jet-ski from island living

Every time my sim get on a boat in Ohan'ali Town(Sulani) or Mua Pel'am(Sulani) or even on a jet-ski in Lani St Taz(Sulani), my sim just stays on the boat and do nothing. And then, moments later, i find my sim in a random area in the neigbourhood, on the boat, and again, doing noting, my sims just teleport and it is the same thing with jet-skis. I don't know if this lag happen in my other saves but if it can help, the sim i play with has a lot of items in her inventory.

I do not own any mods or cc and i don't have a lot of packs, just 11; crystal creation, cats and dogs, cottage living, holiday celebration pack, island living, nifty knitting, paranormal, realm of magic, vampires, werewolves, horse ranch.
