Bought R&L pack but not showing up

I’m having the same issue ☹️ I bought it on Wednesday and I have no mods installed or cc and it’s still not showing up in my game or in the store.

Could you please check your payment history and confirm whether your purchase went through? If you made more than one attempt to purchase the pack, the failed or pending payment(s) might be tangling up the successful one(s) and your entitlement grant. It'd be best if you reach out to our live support team for direct support, as they'll have the right tools and records to investigate further with you.
