As the title states, brand new computer crashing. I've not installed anything except Sims 4. Freezes, then crashes, then automatically runs a diagnostic and finds nothing. I am completely computer dumb so I have no idea what I'm doing. Any suggestions?
Jerk00 It's very possible that this is a solvable computer issue. BlueScreens are mostly software errors, although some of them do point to hardware issues. And if all else fails, you can always reinstall Windows before you try to return the laptop. Since it's new, you probably won't lose a lot of data.
